The path to Kenosis began not in a clinic but in the study of how people and systems find balance. After degrees in International Relations and European Governance, a deeper question remained: what allows a human being to carry responsibility with vitality and clarity? The answer led to the body. Years of rigorous training in medical massage, Traditional Chinese Medicine, osteopathic and manual approaches, craniosacral work, and yoga followed — refined in premium medical and wellness settings across Europe.
